This could be an officer's fantasy come true....tackling a semi-nude male in front of hundreds of spectators on the floor of the outdoor stadium. Ahhh, the sun is shining, the air smell of fresh grass and male sweat, the officer gets to be on top playing roly-poly. I wonder about the second officer....

If this police vehicle were trying to pull me over....and I could see what the occupants looked like.....I would be driving faster and faster and trying desperately to get 911 on my cell phone! These guys would be in hot pursuit of me! LOL.
